Contact

First of all, you get in touch with me, either through the contact form, email, or by calling directly. Ideally, you already provide some information about your concerns and the type of help you are seeking from me. From this point on, everything is strictly confidential.

Initial Consultation

In our first meeting, which will be conducted online, we will get to know each other and discuss the key aspects of the coaching/consultation process. We will also determine if we are a good fit, if a trusting working relationship could develop, in short, if there is interpersonal chemistry. If both parties agree, we will establish a contract, plan the next sessions, and address any remaining questions.

If the employer covers the costs: Joint Clarification Meeting

In such situations, it is advisable to have a conversation with your supervisor and/or the HR department before starting the coaching. Here, we will discuss all expectations and goals, clarify confidentiality agreements, and prevent any misunderstandings. Just like in our working relationship, confidentiality between you and me remains paramount, and you decide what information is shared and what is not.

Sessions

In our various coaching sessions, which can be conducted online, offline, or over the phone, you will explain your concerns to me. Where do you currently stand? What is your situation? What do you want to change? What do you hope to achieve through coaching?

Depending on our agreement, a coaching session can last 60 or 90 minutes, half a day, or a full day. At the beginning of each session, we will define your current issue: you decide what you want to work on, and I will ensure that we keep your goals in mind.

During the coaching sessions, I will ask you questions, reflect on your behaviour, intentionally provoke you, and employ various methods and tools to help you recognize and understand. We will apply various appropriate methods and tools that will move you and your situation forward and help with clarification.

Developing new knowledge, deepening understanding, exercises

At the end of each session, we will summarize the key outcomes and discuss any tasks or exercises that can help you solidify and apply what you have learned, as well as prepare for the next session.

Completion

In our final session, we will review where you stood at the beginning of coaching and where you are now. We will examine what you have recognized and learned and how it feels for you at this point. We will address any remaining questions and discuss how you can continue to successfully apply what you’ve gained. Additionally, we may plan a future session to discuss your progress in your everyday life.
